We are delighted to have been called on to assist with Toronto Pagan Pride Day! Our ministers will be hosting a workshop event and the park grounds after-party. We are currently exploring traditional bardic and jonguler antics, drumming and dance to immediately follow the druid public ritual. There are vendors with everything from jewelry to handmade Books of Shadows. Even professional fortune tellers! And we’re still looking for dedicated volunteers to help organize and make our guests welcome.
We’d love to know if you are coming, or have any suggestions. Stop by and say hi!
From the FB event group:
“This event is open to everyone Pagan, the Pagan friendly, and the curious. Toronto Pagan Pride Day is a chance for local pagans to network and find information about local businesses and artisans, pagan meetups, common interest groups, religious groups, and open events. It is an family-friendly educational event, where the general public is welcome to learn more about our diverse pagan community and our beliefs and practices.
Our event is family friendly, and a great opportunity to bring a picnic lunch and spend a day in the park playing games, participating in a ritual, making music, learning from workshops, networking with fellow pagans, shopping from pagan and eco-friendly products and celebrating the harvest with the Toronto pagan community and those who just want to learn more. “
